Giving Tuesday

What is Giving Tuesday?

The Tuesday after Thanksgiving is a national day of giving, when advocates and individuals channel the power of social media to celebrate and encourage giving to important causes. For most of us, the holidays mean getting together with family. Unfortunately, it’s not like that for everyone. Women with whom we work every day, especially those in immigrant communities, face the threat of having their families uprooted and torn apart.

Free legal help is critical to ensuring that mothers and children stay together, in safety.
We know how passionate you are about our work, so we're calling on you this #GivingTuesday to harness your network and help NYC women living in poverty. To help you get started, we’ve prepared a mini-tool kit with graphics and quotes to share and help drive donations to Her Justice.
